Dave  believes  now more than ever, everyday people need to be active to control the spending and scope of government. Dave has been a small business owner for 33 years and is also an Army veteran, retiring as a Colonel.  He owns three convenience store gas stations in Belknap County; they include the Gilford Mobil Mart, Blueberry Station, and Bosco Bell Store. Dave served as the Chairman of the Belknap County Board of Commissioners from 2015 to 2020. During his tenure the Community Corrections Center was built for 7 million dollars instead of the previous proposed 42 million jail complex.   He was also proud that the Belknap County Nursing Home was rated as one of the top five nursing homes in New Hampshire.  All this was accomplished while being the lowest staffed and taxed county in the State.
